Phone consultation

Our colleague contacts you to clarify the parameters and your expectations.

III.

Indicative quote

Following the consultation we send a preliminary, informative quote showing the expected order of magnitude of the costs. This quote is roughly 85% accurate.

IV.

On-site survey

If the indicative quote matches your expectations, we carry out a personal on-site survey so the system is tailored precisely to your property.

V.

Final quote

Based on the on-site survey and the detailed technical parameters, we prepare an accurate, comprehensive quote.

VI.

Contract signing

Once agreed, we sign the contract electronically. Work begins after settlement of the 50% advance invoice.

VII.

Installation

The mechanical and electrical work is carried out by our own team — reliably and in a well-organised manner.

VIII.

Commissioning

We commission the system and set the optimal parameters, covering heating, cooling and domestic hot water.

IX.

Maintenance and remote monitoring

Our maintenance packages provide a warranty of up to 10 years. Thanks to intelligent remote monitoring, faults are detected quickly.

How much does a heat pump cost?

The investment cost depends on the size of the property, the chosen system type and the existing infrastructure, so it varies from project to project. Request a free quote for an accurate figure.

Does it work with existing radiators?

Yes! Heat pumps are compatible with radiator systems, although efficiency is even better when combined with underfloor heating. Our engineers assess your existing system and recommend the optimal solution.

How long does the installation take?

A typical residential installation takes only a few days on site. We agree the exact schedule with you in advance and organise the work to minimise disruption.

How quickly does it pay for itself?

When replacing gas heating, the typical payback period is 4–7 years, depending on energy prices and the condition of the property.

What warranty do you provide?

We provide a warranty of up to 10 years on Trident systems, with 3 years of free maintenance and continuous remote monitoring.
