  • Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services
  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
  • Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on the mandatory warranty for durable consumer goods
  • IM Decree 10/2024 (VI.28.) on durable consumer goods subject to mandatory warranty
  • Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
  • NGM Decree 19/2014 (IV.29.) on the handling of warranty and guarantee claims
  • Act LXXVI of 1999 on copyright
  • Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information
  • Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prohibition of unjustified geo-blocking
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)
  • Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.) on contracts for the sale of goods, the supply of digital content and the provision of digital services

5. Scope of the GTC

The content of the contract concluded between us is determined — in addition to the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation — by these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC). Accordingly, these GTC contain the rights and obligations of you and us, the conditions for the conclusion of the contract, the performance deadlines, the delivery and payment terms, the rules on liability, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The technical information necessary for using the Website that is not contained in these GTC is provided by the other information materials available on the Website.

6. Language and form of the contract

The language of the contracts covered by these GTC is Hungarian.

The contracts covered by these GTC do not qualify as written contracts and are not filed by the Seller.

7. E-invoice

Our company uses electronic invoices pursuant to Section 175 of Hungarian Act CXXVII of 2007. By accepting these GTC, you consent to the use of electronic invoices.

8. Prices

Prices are in HUF and include 27% VAT. It cannot be excluded that the Seller may modify the prices for business policy reasons. The modification of prices does not extend to contracts already concluded. If the Seller has indicated a price incorrectly and an order has been received for the Goods but the parties have not yet concluded a contract, the Seller proceeds in accordance with the “Procedure in the event of an incorrect price” clause of the GTC.

9. Procedure in the event of an incorrect price

The following qualify as obviously incorrectly indicated prices:

  • a price of HUF 0;
  • a price reduced by a discount but incorrectly indicated compared to the correct discount percentage shown next to the correct original price (e.g. Goods priced at HUF 1,000 offered for HUF 500 instead of the correct HUF 800 with a 20% discount).

In addition to the above, a price also qualifies as obviously incorrect if the consumer could have recognised its incorrectness with the attention and care generally expected in the given situation.

If such an incorrect price is indicated, the Seller offers the possibility of purchasing the Goods at the real price, in the knowledge of which the Buyer may decide to order the Goods at the real price or to refrain from doing so.

10. Complaint handling and enforcement options

The consumer may submit implied warranty, product warranty or guarantee claims relating to the Goods, or other complaints, in the following ways:

The Seller examines verbal complaints immediately and remedies them as necessary. If the consumer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, or if the immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Seller takes minutes of the complaint and of its position on it.

The minutes must contain:

  • the consumer’s name, address or email address;
  • the place, time and manner of submitting the complaint;
  • a detailed description of the consumer’s complaint and its documents;
  • the position of the business (if the immediate investigation of the complaint is possible);
  • the signatures of the person taking the minutes and of the consumer;
  • the place and time of taking the minutes;
  • in the case of a complaint made by telephone, the unique identification number of the complaint.

The Seller must respond to a written complaint on the merits within 30 days of receipt and arrange for its communication. If the complaint is rejected, the Seller must state its reasons. The Seller must retain the minutes of the complaint and the written complaint together with a copy of the reply for 3 years.

10.1. Consumer protection procedure

Complaints may be lodged with the consumer protection authorities. If the consumer perceives a violation of their consumer rights, they are entitled to lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent according to their place of residence. The first-instance consumer protection authority tasks are performed by the metropolitan and county government offices competent according to the consumer’s place of residence. (The list below contains the contact details of the Hungarian authorities.)

10.2. Court proceedings

The customer is entitled to enforce their claim arising from a consumer dispute before a court in civil proceedings, in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure.

10.3. Conciliation board procedure

If we reject your consumer complaint, you are entitled to turn to the Conciliation Board competent according to your place of residence, habitual residence or registered office — or to the Conciliation Board designated in your request. A precondition for initiating the conciliation board procedure is that the consumer attempts to settle the dispute directly with the business concerned.

The conciliation board holds the hearing online, unless the consumer requests a personal hearing.

The Seller has not made a general declaration of submission to any conciliation board.

10.4. Conciliation board procedure for persons not qualifying as consumers

Under the Hungarian Consumer Protection Act, for the purposes of the conciliation board procedure the following also qualify as consumers:

  • civil organisations, ecclesiastical legal persons, condominiums and housing cooperatives acting for purposes outside their independent occupation and economic activity;
  • micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that use a public service or purchase goods within the framework of retail activity;
  • businesses qualifying as customers within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2018/302.

11. Partial invalidity, code of conduct

If any clause of the GTC is legally incomplete or ineffective, the remaining clauses of the contract remain in force, and the provisions of the applicable legislation apply in place of the ineffective or defective part.

The Seller does not have a code of conduct under the Hungarian Act on the prohibition of unfair commercial practices against consumers.

12. Information on the essential characteristics of the Goods

Information on the essential characteristics of the Goods available for purchase on the website is provided in the descriptions accompanying each product.

13. Correction of data entry errors — responsibility for the data provided

During the ordering process, before finalising the order, you continuously have the possibility to modify the data you have entered.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide are entered accurately, as the Goods will be invoiced and delivered based on the data you provide. An incorrectly provided email address or a full mailbox may result in the failure of delivery of the confirmation.

If the Buyer has finalised the order and discovers an error in the data provided, they must initiate the modification of the order as soon as possible.

14. Restriction relating to purchases

Private individuals, companies, institutions.

15. Using the website

15.1. Selecting the Goods

By clicking on the product categories on the website, you can select the desired product family and, within it, the individual Goods. By clicking on the individual Goods, you will find the photo, item number, description and price of the Goods. In the event of purchase, you must pay the price indicated on the website.

15.2. Adding to the cart

After selecting the Goods, you can place any number of Goods in the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button, without this creating any purchase or payment obligation for you, as placing items in the cart does not qualify as making an offer.

The contents of the Cart can be freely modified until the order is finalised — until the “Finalise order” button is pressed.

15.3. Viewing the Cart

By clicking on the “View cart” icon at the top of the website, you can check the contents of the cart at any time. Here you have the option to remove the selected Goods from the cart or to change the quantity of the Goods.

15.4. Providing customer data

In the “User data” text box you can enter your email address, and in the “Billing information” text box your full name, address and phone number. If you request delivery to a different address, please remove the tick.

15.5. Finalising the order (making an offer)

You can complete your order by clicking the “Order” button. The information published on the website does not constitute an offer by the Seller to conclude a contract. For orders covered by these GTC, you qualify as the offeror.

The Seller must confirm the receipt of your order to the Customer electronically without delay. If this confirmation does not reach the Customer within the expected deadline depending on the nature of the service, but no later than within 48 hours of sending the Customer’s order, the Customer is released from the binding offer or contractual obligation.

15.6. Processing the order, conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the confirmation email sent by the Seller becomes accessible to you in your email system.

16. Payment methods

Bank transfer

You can also settle the price of the Goods by bank transfer.

Cash payment

You have the option to pay the price of the Goods and the delivery fee in cash upon receipt of the Goods.

17. Delivery methods, delivery fees

Personal collection

You can also collect the ordered Goods in person at the warehouse.

Delivery with Cargo-Partner Kft.

Delivery throughout Hungary, with a tail-lift vehicle. Transit time: 3–5 days. Delivery fee: HUF 25,000 gross.

18. Performance deadline

In the case of a Buyer qualifying as a consumer, in the absence of a different agreement between the Parties, the Seller must make the Goods available to the Buyer without delay after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than within 30 days.

The general performance deadline for the order is no more than 15 days from the confirmation of the order. The Seller provides information on any performance deadline differing from this (but not longer than 30 days) for the individual delivery methods.

In the event of the Seller’s delay, the Buyer is entitled to proceed against the Seller in accordance with Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code.

19. Reservation of rights, retention of title

If you have previously ordered Goods without taking delivery of them (not including the case where you exercised your right of withdrawal), or if the Goods were returned to the seller marked “not collected”, the Seller makes the fulfilment of the order conditional on the advance payment of the purchase price and the delivery costs.

The Seller may withhold the delivery of the Goods until it is satisfied that the price of the Goods has been paid successfully.

20. Sales abroad — prohibition of geo-blocking

The Seller does not distinguish between buyers using the Website within the territory of Hungary and those within the European Union outside Hungary. In the absence of a provision to the contrary in these GTC, the Seller ensures the delivery/collection of the ordered Goods within the territory of Hungary.

The language of communication and of the purchase is primarily Hungarian. The Seller is not obliged to communicate with the buyer in the language of the buyer’s Member State.

In the absence of a provision to the contrary, the Seller applies Hungarian VAT to all Goods.

21. Consumer information — right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 8:1(1) point 3 of the Hungarian Civil Code, only a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, self-employment or business activity qualifies as a consumer, therefore legal persons may not exercise the right of withdrawal without justification!

The consumer is entitled to the right of withdrawal without justification pursuant to Section 20 of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the Goods.

If the Seller has not informed the consumer of the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal and of its other conditions, the withdrawal deadline described above is extended by 12 months.

22. Withdrawal declaration

The consumer may exercise the right provided in Section 20 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) by means of an unambiguous declaration to that effect, or by using the model declaration that can also be downloaded from the website.

The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised within the deadline if the consumer sends their declaration within the deadline.

23. Obligations of the Seller in the event of the consumer’s withdrawal

Refund obligation

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller refunds, no later than within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, the total amount paid by the consumer as consideration, including the costs incurred in connection with the performance, such as the delivery fee.

Method of refund

The Seller refunds the amount due to the consumer using the same payment method as the one used by the consumer.

Right of retention

The Seller may withhold the amount due to the consumer until the consumer has returned the Goods or has proven beyond doubt that they have sent them back. We are unable to accept consignments sent cash on delivery or with postage due.

24. Obligations of the consumer in the event of their withdrawal or termination

The consumer must return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.

The consumer is liable for the depreciation resulting from use exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.

25. Cases excluding the right of withdrawal

You may not exercise your right of withdrawal in the cases set out in Section 29(1) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.):

  • after the complete performance of the service;
  • Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market;
  • non-prefabricated Goods produced on the consumer’s instructions or clearly personalised for the consumer;
  • perishable Goods or Goods that retain their quality for a short time;
  • sealed Goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after being opened following delivery;
  • Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other Goods after delivery;
  • in certain cases of alcoholic beverages;
  • urgent repair or maintenance work;
  • sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
  • newspapers, periodicals and magazines (with the exception of subscription contracts);
  • contracts concluded at public auction;
  • accommodation, transport, car rental, catering or leisure activities for a specific date;
  • digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium (with the consumer’s express prior consent).

26. Product warranty, implied warranty, guarantee

This clause of the consumer information was prepared pursuant to the authorisation of Section 11(5) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), taking into account Annex 3 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

You can find detailed warranty and guarantee information on the Warranty terms page.

27. Final provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and remain valid until revoked.

The Seller is entitled to unilaterally amend the provisions of these GTC. The amendment enters into force upon publication on the Website and does not affect the rights and obligations relating to contracts concluded prior to the amendment.

The currently effective version of the GTC is available on the Website.

If any provision of the GTC is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision is replaced by a provision in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In matters not regulated in these GTC, Hungarian law, in particular the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, applies.

The Parties endeavour to settle their disputes primarily amicably, by negotiation. If this proves unsuccessful, the Hungarian courts are entitled — depending on competence — to decide the legal dispute.

By accepting these GTC, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood their contents and acknowledge them as binding.

Date of entry into force: 1 January 2026.
