Commercial heat pump systems

A cost-effective solution for businesses

A heat pump harnesses thermal energy available in the environment — from air, ground or water — and provides heating, cooling and hot water from a single system. An industrial heat pump system can cut your company’s energy costs by up to 40–60%.

We design custom systems for office buildings, production halls, logistics centres, public institutions and hospitality properties — tailored to the building’s characteristics and your business needs.

In a commercial environment we expect three key things from the system: scalability, compatibility with existing building services, and reliable, stable operation.

The right fit

An investment that pays off for your business

It is particularly advantageous in these cases:

No gas connection available

There is no gas connection at the site, or building one would be disproportionately expensive.

Outdated heating

The existing heating system is obsolete, expensive to run and does not meet today’s energy standards.

Heating and cooling both needed

The building needs both heating and cooling — a single system covers both.

ESG and sustainability

Your company pursues ESG goals and reducing carbon emissions is a priority.

Benefits

The advantages of Trident industrial heat pump systems

Complex, tailor-made systems

Heating, cooling and hot water from a single system. Every building gets an individual design, adapted to its characteristics and your business needs.

Smooth installation, minimal downtime

We organise the installation to minimise disruption to your operations — fast and efficient.

Remote and building management

Our systems integrate with building management systems. Remote control and monitoring — full control over heating and cooling.

Warranty, service, troubleshooting

Warranty of up to 10 years, maintenance packages and on-site response within 12 hours. Thanks to remote monitoring, we prevent most problems.

ESG and sustainability

Low CO₂ emissions and renewable energy use. A heat pump contributes to meeting ESG targets, with low noise levels.

How we work together

The road to your heat pump system

I.

First contact

As a first step we review your requirements and the basic parameters of the building. We then discuss possible solutions and the next steps.

II.

On-site survey

Our engineers assess the technical characteristics of the building in person — including the existing mechanical infrastructure, the energy parameters and the installation options.

III.

Indicative quote

Based on the survey we prepare an informative quote containing several alternatives, giving you a comprehensive picture of the possible solutions and their costs.

IV.

Refining requirements

Based on the indicative quote we jointly finalise the technical and commercial parameters, taking your feedback and specific needs into account.

V.

Contract signing

We record the terms of the agreement within a transparent and predictable framework.

VI.

Design

We prepare the detailed mechanical, electrical and control plans that form the basis of the installation. The plans are finalised after your approval.

VII.

Installation

Installation is carried out in an organised way, minimising operational disruption. The work is managed by our own team of specialists.

VIII.

Commissioning

We commission the system, configure the parameters and fine-tune the controls to ensure optimal operation.

IX.

Operation

After handover we provide continuous maintenance, servicing and remote monitoring — so your investment keeps performing reliably in the long term.

Frequently asked questions

Have questions?

What building sizes are heat pumps worthwhile for?

Commercial buildings of any size — from offices to large halls. We size the system to the building’s dimensions and needs, so efficiency is always optimal.

Does it work alongside the existing heating system?

Yes, a heat pump can be integrated into the existing infrastructure. Our engineers assess the conditions and may also recommend a hybrid solution for maximum efficiency.

Do you also handle maintenance after installation?

Yes — we provide maintenance packages, servicing and remote monitoring, so the system remains reliable over the long term.

How long does commissioning take?

Depending on the size of the project, 2–8 weeks. We organise the installation to minimise operational disruption and downtime.

What happens in the event of a fault?

We guarantee an on-site response within 12 hours. Thanks to remote monitoring, we can prevent most problems before they cause operational disruption.
