For partners

Trident installer and customer in front of a heat pump

Become a partner

We design it – you build it!

Our partner programme is for professionals who want to deliver heat pump projects without taking on the risks of design, product selection and commissioning. We provide the engineering background, manufacturer responsibility and operational reliability.

You only need to focus on what you do best: the installation.

Benefits

Why is it worth joining?

Less risk, fewer complaints and faster installation — backed by Trident’s engineering and service team.

Engineering support for heat pump projects

2D and 3D plant-room designs, optimised specifically for installation. You get designs that don’t just work “on paper” but can actually be built.

Manufacturer responsibility and commissioning

Commissioning is carried out by Trident, so the technical handover is fast and precisely documented. You are not the one liable for the system — the responsibility is ours.

Less risk, fewer complaints

Pre-agreed technical scope, precise designs and professional commissioning. Fewer call-backs, no disputes, calmer weekdays.

Professional designs, faster installation

Detailed bills of materials and installation instructions minimise on-site questions and improvisation, so installation is faster.

Design in practice

What do you get from us for your projects?

Before installation, we prepare the complete plant room as both a 2D plan and a 3D model, so you build exactly what we agreed in advance — no surprises.

Training

Installer training

As a partner, you get more than designs and technical support — you also get opportunities for professional development. At our periodic installer training sessions, we share our experience in designing, installing and commissioning heat pump systems.

Process

How we work together

Transparent steps, clear responsibilities. You bring the project — Trident provides the complete technical background from design to commissioning.

I.

You bring the project

You bring the client relationship and the local knowledge. You bring the project to us, and we provide the full professional background.

II.

We design the optimal system

We select the heat pump best suited to the project and prepare the preliminary quote, including the complete associated mechanical works. The client sees a transparent, engineering-backed solution.

III.

We contract with you as a partner

If the quote is accepted, we contract with you — not with the client. This is a key point: we treat you as a partner, not a subcontractor.

IV.

You get installation-optimised designs

We prepare the complete 2D mechanical plans, the 3D models of the system and a project-specific installation guide — designs that are not just “permit-ready” but genuinely buildable.

V.

Procurement adapts to you

Materials are procured according to your needs: you can order them yourself, or we handle it — even delivered to site. No forced logistics — the model adapts to you.

VI.

Clear electrical–mechanical boundaries

The electrical work can be done by your own partner; on request, Trident quotes for the electrical side of the heat pump. No professional overlap and no ambiguity about responsibility.

VII.

You install – we support you

The heat pump and mechanical materials arrive on site, and you complete the installation according to the plans, while the electrical contractor completes their part of the work.

VIII.

Trident carries out commissioning

At the end of the installation, Trident personally takes over the work, carries out the commissioning and signs the system off on both the engineering and the manufacturer side. From that point on, Trident is responsible for the heat pump.

IX.

Long-term operation and service

We provide free and paid annual maintenance programmes with our own remote monitoring system. If a problem arises, we see it, we respond, we go out — which decouples the installer from any later product issues.

Frequently asked questions

Have questions?

Does registering involve any commitment?

Registration involves no obligation. After a short consultation, we decide together how to proceed.

Who contracts: the client or Trident?

As a partner, we contract with you, not with the client. That means we treat you as a true professional partner, not a subcontractor.

Do I have to design the heat pump system?

No. Trident does all the heat pump and associated mechanical design, with 2D and 3D plans optimised for installation.

Who commissions the system and who takes responsibility?

Commissioning is carried out by Trident. As the manufacturer, we take responsibility for the heat pump and the operation of the system.

Let’s discuss the details!

Our managing director is available on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00 and will be happy to answer your questions about the partner programme.
