Notes on maintenance:

  • During the warranty period, Trident Kft. charges no separate fee for repairs or maintenance — only the annual maintenance fee is payable.
  • The packages apply exclusively to systems sold and commissioned by Trident.
  • The annual maintenance fee is fixed for the first 3 years; after that, inflation-linked adjustment is possible.
  • The Basic and Advanced packages are available for heated floor areas up to 200 m², the Extra package up to 300 m².
  • For problems not caused by a fault of the heat pump, the call-out and on-site work are charged separately.
  • The warranty is valid only in the case of proper, intended use.

Remote monitoring

Trident remote monitoring system

For heat pumps installed by Trident, remote monitoring provides fast assistance: the status of the equipment can be queried, state changes can be monitored, parameters can be adjusted, and in many cases faults can be resolved and the system restarted without an on-site visit. In the event of a malfunction, an immediate fault alert is sent to the monitoring centre, keeping the troubleshooting time to a minimum.
